overrated slop, if u summurise the plot its litrelly just a guy playing a game. thats it.
theres no plot, no risks involved NOTHING, youre just simply watching a guy play a game.
allot of people were glazing it, calling it peak in the comments & u can even see the score, but for people that are not gamers like myself there is absolutely no appeal. the animation is alright, but thats the only thing above average. the music, the character designs, their writing, the pacing so far, nothing really catches the eye at all. maybe the target audiece are ppl that play games in genrel so ... id personally only reccomend it to those. otherwise, even watching up to ep 3 feels like a chore, u def will not be able to watch all those 25 eps + s2 of absolutely no plot.

one piece is woke enough to respect and represent queer community but not woke enough to not have that misogynistic APPEAL??? what's with constantly DEHUMANIZING nami and robin for the male gaze fan service??? why?? i feel like this ova was just an excuse to zoom in on some nami fan service, i love one peice allot but why are nami and robin so often bottled down to just THAT? i wouldnt be complaining if other characters were treated the same way. thats a really weird way to write nami considering that shes based on his own wife but okay. the movie itself was okay, ... the ova was a fun watch too, its just the male gaze fan service that really ruins ur appetite.

although this season was nothing compared to the first one, the ending had this nostalgic bittersweet feeling.
this season was definitely a huge missed opportunity, for an arc based on modern time, to only make it some high school AU is stupid.
the whole point of the arc was to show that, the nokkers aren't necesserily evil anymore, and that humans will be miserable with or without them, but they did a bad job at conveying it.


if they really wanted to convey that, then they should've shown that the villains aren't just nokkers but humans too, since its modern daytime, instead of just focusing on some high ... school if they had focused on actual political or ANYTHING it would've been less cringe, big loss of opportunity.

AND even if we do accept the highscool arc, they didn't pull that off properly either, the author tried to show that mizuha is miserable but he could've at least given her a proper reason to be this depressed, it feels unrealistic and just doesn't feel intense enough compared to how she acts, it just pisses me off that she acts miserable with no proper reason to be miserable. the character writing was slacking, and even tho he did give a few reasons he should've expanded on them and exaggerated them more.

and the worst part was the yuri bait, not only did they bait mizuha x hanna, they kissed btw, and she kept blushing around her but nope they didn't have feelings for eo, after that they also IMPLIED that a tomboy had a crush on mizuha

the black ones choice didnt make sense at first but once they explained it around the end, it was pretty satisfactory, however fushi's decision to not accept his power didnt make sense at all, bcz now howre u gonna fight them later gosh.

TLDR, all it was, was a loss of opportunity, it didn't live up to the standards s1 had set even tho it easily could've, the writing was slacking.

tbf the pacing at the start was a bit slow but it eventually did get better, I feel like they missed out allot from the manga while animating it because there were allot of plot holes and stuff that just didn't make sense, and I'm saying this as someone who hasn't even read the manga (yet). that's how painfully obvious it is that they just ate half of the scenes out.

at first the mom being all positive about getting pregnant out of nowhere felt so unrealistic, but ig they wanted to make her a symbol of ... hope, so it makes sense?
what pmo the most was the Aurthur dragon fight scene, it was SO GOOD, EMOTIONAL, THRILLING it was just so well written BUT they didn't give it the effort or the justice that it deserved and cut out ALLOT. they didn't properly explain why he could breath in space and the fact that he recovered out of nowhere felt like bad writing, but I'm sure it was explained in the manga just not the anime (apparently its bcz of his powers of imagination or smth)

the fact that the main villain was the collective despair of the human conscious also didn't really add up well, bcz who was leading the white clads?? like who organized everything for all those centuries it's so weird if u actually think about it. the whole doppelganger thing did make sense but they still weren't explained properly, either way the concept was used well and i liked the plot twist with the sister, peak writing right there.
my point is, the author did an AMAZING JOB, as a story its PEAK, but for the last season they didn't do it justice.

also didnt like how aurther took care of giovanni in seconds, or why they even brought a lil kid with them to a death zone anyway??? they shoudve milked that scene more ngl

i did like how everything added up at the end regarding why humans now are so different from the humans of the past, fire force probably has the happiest ending out there out of most shounens out there where they do end up sacrificing one or two characters towards victory.

i also hate how shinra has kids w 2 diff ppl even tho one was proabably invitro

The authors sense of humor is a bit extreme but if you made it this far you're already aware of that and that's exactly what makes the comedy actually comedy. you'd find allot of animes under the comedy tag but wouldn't let out an audible laugh, for golden kamuy tho especially this season, you'll either be laughing ur ass of or just glaring at the screen with your jaw dropped far more than the previous.

while it does an amazing job with its comedy aspect, the rest of the plot is a masterpiece too, everything connects so well its jaw dropping, it makes you think how ... did someone even come up with something THIS indepth. at no point does it get boring, especailly the last episode, it puts you so on edge with all the things that are going on like AAAAAAAA

TLDR, the author is so funny I hope he doesn't go bald

the first episode was quite long and was a bit tedious to watch, it started off a little slow but im glad i was patient with it because HOLY PEAK???? As the narrative unfolds and the characters backstories unveil, theres one shock after another.
and the ending???? its so well written.

what i especially like about the animation is the lack of graphic censorship, bcz its adds to the intensity that the story intends to convey.
the character writing was also really good, all the characters had their own unique personalities and things going on, the story follows a group of heros (portrayed villans in the story) ... and the whole group is just a bunch of weirdos lol.

while all the other characters are EXCEPTIONALLY well written, what pisses me off is the main characters personality. He refuses to grant Teoritta,the goddess the praise she wants without being a bitch about it first, and he dosent really seem to like his fiancée genuinely and it seems like kivia likes him, creating a harem dynamic that feels so out of place in a series of this genre. It seems particularly odd and forced for such independent & powerful queens to pursue such a bitchass nonchalant man.

The animation budget and overall production quality this series received significantly exceeded what it actually deserved. However, considering how yuri anime deprived this fandom is we'll definitely eat it up.... ig?

Normally, I would never watch something like this, infact i ABSOLUTLY HATE shit like this (poly/triangles/harem) but the comedy, the chemistry?? and above all the animation everything was just too captivating i couldn't let myself drop it.

what im saying is, this isn't a show you watch for authentic romantic development, its litrelly just lesbian bait lmao.

what frustrated me the most was how Renako (mc) constantly lead ajisai on, kissed Satsuki CASUALLY????, and never properly rejected ... mai and in a way lead her on too when she was finally trying to move on after the slap. simply put, PLAY GURL????? but she gets away with it bcz APPERENNTLY SHES too stupid & nice uwu.
Its also pretty unrealistic that her love interests remain devoted to her while watching her casually make out w other girls.

so like i said before the story’s intent isn't to portray a sincere relationship, but rather its just fan service where you get to see cute girls touch either, and it fullfills its purpose rather well ngl.

another great aspect of the series is how relatable the characters are for the target audiance, the main character altho oblivious is an otaku, and kaho chan too although she dosent get much screentime in the main series, she gets her time in the side story and most otaku's are bound to love her.

this is the type of yaoi you'd only read for the plot, the plot is really good, and the relationship is really wholesome too, but their chemistry just isn't that exciting or special. it's really cute to see but after some time you get tired of it, literally my ONLY complaint from this manhwa is that the chemistry just isn't that special and couldve been sm better considering how perfect the trope was.

the best part about it is that, its omegaverse, ALPHA X ALPHA, the alpha gives birth AND is extra fertile xD

and again id reccomend it if you're into wholesome/plot yaoi, bcz their chemistry ... is not something id read 70 chapters over

atm there's 18 chapters and its difficult to discern whether this is a cliche red to green flag BL or if it's just another pornhwa, unfortunately as things are progressing it feels like the later. I'm mostly disappointed because i was looking forward to the plot since the character designs were similar to Ivan till from alien stage.

he was choking and punching the poor twink bottom. altho i agree with vanveleca's review about the manhwa being ass, i have to ... disagree about the bottom constantly just complaining and everything because anyone else would've also done the same thing in his shoes and his character is not as bad as she described it imo.

finally, if it really is just a pornhwa, it's not enjoyable at all, the smut is ass lol.
and the fact that the twink bottom is made so petite and thin makes it so uncomfortable to read like why does this man look so unhealthy goddamn.

it was actually pretty average at the start but as things progressed the later half was really good. it's a bit annoying that their relationship is so focused on the sex part, it looks very healthy but both of them being sex addicts it makes it all feel a bit fake, but then again what else do you expect from ''play boys'' which is the whole point of the story lol.

also at around the end the side couple is introduced and ngl their pairing is so delicious, the whole fandom wants to see more of them so hopefully the author decides to make side stories ... of hodaka x hajime (the docter)
i absolutely loved the way the characters were designed and written, especially the mc as a girl, altho it was a bit annoying how he had to ignore the top in a few chapters just to process his feelings.

all in all, its pretty good but also nothing special, id recommend it if ur bored and have nothing else to read, it's a bit boring at the start but you'll eventually get really hooked.
